Description of the Hydratable Cold Pack
The Hydratable cold pack is a lighter and economic alternative to traditional cold packs, with an excellent price/ performance ratio. Flexible ice pads, reusable, cuttable ice pack sheets.
Cold packs are presented in pre-cut sheets of 12 high calorific refrigeration pads. These pads prologn the refrigeration time due to their low heat conductivity.
In addition, in terms of storage and transport, hydratable cold packs reduce their weight and volume more than 90%, so they can be transported and stored dehydrated.
For best performance, hydrate the accumulators by immersing them in water for a maximum of 10 min. before freezing them. The water will penetrate the pads creating a gel solution. Then freeze for 24 hours, wrapping the product you want to freeze.

Freezer packs are stable when correctly stored. Nevertheless we recommend their use within 6 months.

The hydratable cold packs are packed in boxes of 12,000 pads of 4×4 cm
1 roll per box of 1,000 pre-cut sheets of 12 pads each sheet (roll measures 140 m x 40 cm)
Each pad hydrates to 37 gr. of product.
