TILTWATCH - TILT INDICATORS
With tilt indicators you can control the inclination of your goods during transport, the loss of horizontality as well as knowing the angle of inclination to which your products have been exposed during transport.
Tiltwatch indicators are automatically activated when the adhesive on the back is removed. After fixing it to the packaging or merchandise, the load can not be tilted without evidence of it.
It is placed and once activated it can not be deactivated or manipulated and does not suffer the influence of environmental conditions. Tilt indicator labels represent a reliable and economical solution to prevent damage to the goods during the transport phase.
Tilt Watch are used in all those sectors where high-value items are handled, where the movements have to be controlled so the products are not damaged. Tiltwatch XTR
The Tiltwatch XTR product lets you know if the merchandise has been tilted or overturned by changing the indicator to red. It is activated if the packaging on which it has been placed is tilted or overturned completely. However, it is not activated with normal handling movements or during takeoff in the case of air transport.
Tiltwatch Plus
Tiltwatch Plus allows you to know the angle of inclination to which your goods have arrived during the transport. The reversal indicator registers the complete rollover. It provides a 360Āŗ tracking since it indicates how many degrees of inclination the load has suffered or if its position has been reversed. It includes a label to indicate the maximum degree of inclination the product can reach without being damaged.
Tiltwatch RFID
Tiltwatch RFID tilt indicators help to prevent damage to transported goods. This tilt indicator works with radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. It uses more advanced and accurate technology than other Tiltwatch.
