Description of plasticizers
There are various types of plasticizers, generally we supply adipate based Polymeric Polymeric and Phthalate.
Polymeric plasticizers low molecular weight are of great importance in special applications, such as PVC, NBR, PVA, natural and synthetic rubbers, etc. They are characterized by excellent properties contributing to the base polymer, such as resistance to migration and extraction, stability over time against atmospheric phenomena, the high temperature performance, high mechanical properties, low toxicity and good compatibility environmental.
Plasticizer medium viscosity with excellent performance at high temperatures and resistant to extraction by grease and solvents.
Polymeric phthalate: Low viscosity polymeric plasticizer with good flexibility in cold and low volatility.

Specifications of different plasticizers
Glypast 495. Plasticizer saturated polyester type, low viscosity, particularly suitable for PVC and other resins. Its use is recommended when you want to decrease the oil and gas extraction and migration, while impractical the use of high viscosity polymeric plasticizers, for difficulty in the process and decrease the power of plasticizing. Specifically plastisol preparation, the GLYPAST 495 used as a single plasticizer allows workability due to its low viscosity and high power of gelification, yielding finished articles remarkably improved as compared with those manufactured DOP types used plasticisers. The most important applications are: manufacturing calendering, obtaining guastnes, table linen, upholstery, etc. Soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, esters and lower alcohols. Insoluble in water.
