THERMAL INSULATION PAPER

Description

The insulated paper bag and insulated shipping boxes are made from 100% recyclable materials and can be disposed of in the paper bin. This Paperfloc isothermal packaging is made of cellulose fibres, a stronger, durable and high quality paper. To produce it, reused paper is first shredded, then cellulose is made using waste from cardboard production and transformed into insulating bags or boxes. Cellulose has the lowest thermal conductivity of all environmentally friendly insulation materials at 0.039 W/(mK). The insulated paper is composed with a LDPE content of <3% and have a packaging construction of Fefco 0201 which means it is an isothermal packaging with four sides. Both Paperfloc bags and Paperfloc boxes comply with the DIN 10543 packaging standard which sets out and ensures the requirements for packaging that is suitable for protecting products during transport or storage. The boxes also have a BE quality.
